Order processing and shipping

At WarehouseWiz, we strive to process your orders quickly. On average, we ship orders out within 24h-48h.

We ship all across Canada, and even the USA.

We have a delivery window of 3-12 business days within Canada. Of course, we do offer faster shipping for an additional fee when necessary.

Although we mainly do business in Canada, we can also ship to the USA. But keep in mind that you may need a forwarding agent through the process.

You are welcome to pick up your order from our warehouses in Langley, BC, and Montreal, Quebec, between 9am - 5pm on weekdays. Just be sure to reach out to us beforehand to ensure your order is ready.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number with your invoice and in the confirmation email following your order, so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Payment and financing

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, and E-transfer.

Yes, Visa is one of the many payment methods we accept.

Yes we do. For orders under $2500, we use Sezzle to offer the option to pay in 4 interest-free installments over 6 weeks. You can choose this option at checkout.
For orders over $2500, we offer traditional equipment financing through a credit union. You can get approved in one day.

Product information

We stand behind the quality of our products with a 1-year manufacturer warranty on parts, ensuring your peace of mind. Additionally, our batteries come with a 90-day limited warranty.

We are indeed a manufacturer of most of the products that we sell at warehousewiz.com. However, we may offer some products from other brands as well.

Returns and warranties

We have a 30-day return policy. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unopened or unused, and in their original packaging.

Pickups and used equipment

Yes, you may personally pick up your orders at our warehouse locations in Montreal and in Vancouver.

Yes, we may buy your used equipment. We're interested in dock plates, forklifts (Montreal only), electric pallet jack, and more.

Pre-orders and bulk purchases

If an item is not currently in stock, chances are we will have it in stock within 1-3 months. We allow customers to pre-order sold-out items, with the benefit of a generous discount when they do. Contact us if you're interested in a particular item.

Yes, if you are a reseller or simply need to purchase in bulk for your business, contact us and we can arrange a bulk order discount for you.
