Warranty Policy

At WarehouseWiz, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We provide a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship of our products.

1-year manufacturer warranty

We offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty on parts for most of our products. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, we will send you a replacement part, as needed, at no additional charge. This only applies as long as the products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Warranty exclusions

  • This warranty does not include the labor that may be required to diagnose, remove, or reinstall the parts, including but not limited to shipping, travel, and downtime.
  • This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Examples include damages incurred during installation, misuse, or accidents.
  • This warranty does not cover oil leaks, adjustments, or loose hardware on manual pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks.

90-day battery warranty

Batteries sold by WarehouseWiz are covered by a 90-day limited warranty. The warranty period for batteries begins on the date of purchase and expires at the end of 90 days. If a battery defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, at its option, WarehouseWiz will either (1) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts.

How to obtain warranty service

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at support@warehousewiz.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Please note:

We may still be able to help you if your product is out of warranty. However, you may be subject to additional charges including service and shipping in that case.

Exclusions and limitations

  • This limited warranty does not apply to products that are purchased from unauthorized resellers, that are purchased used, or that are not purchased through WarehouseWiz.
  • Items listed as final sale or on clearance are excluded from the warranty policy.
  • WarehouseWiz reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under consumer law.
  • Please be aware that, irrespective of the provisions detailed within this document, the warranty provided herein is immediately nullified if any alterations are made to the WarehouseWiz equipment, or if any supplementary parts or devices are affixed to the WarehouseWiz equipment, without our express written consent.
  • Any truck used under adverse conditions, such as fish, meat, or poultry processing plants, tanneries, freezer applications, or any other application where the unit is operating in water or subjected to fluid or chemicals is NOT covered under any warranty.
  • This warranty policy is in effect as of November 4th, 2023. Orders placed previous to this date are covered under the warranty policy outlined at the time of the purchase.
