Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive the item to return it.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be unused, and in its original packaging.
  • If the item is not in its original packaging, is scratched, is missing parts, or shows signs of usage, we maintain the right to refuse the return.
  • Items lost in transit are not our responsibility. We recommend that you use a tracking service when returning items to ensure they arrive safely.
  • Returns must be shipped to the same address that they were shipped to you from.
  • You also have the option to drop off the items yourself. Our Montreal warehouse is located in the Saint-Michel area.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Certain specialty items cannot be returned: Dock levelers, forklifts.

Product damage and other issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items that have been used and scratched or damaged. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us directly, either by email, using the form on the contact page, or by phone. We will arrange your return and then replacement with a different item that works for you.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. But if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please notify us at and we will work through it with you.
