Due to this being a more manual method, it also requires more labor from your contractor, and extra costs for all the materials needed before pouring. A pour-in pan, on the other hand, is relatively affordable and easy to install.

Not to mention that preformed pits can sometimes shift or settle over time, leading to potential misalignments and operational issues. With a Pour-In Pan, the concrete is poured directly into the pan on-site, creating a perfectly shaped and exceptionally stable foundation for your dock leveler.

What are the delivery times?

Standard size dock levelers (which work for 99% of warehouses), like 6'x6' / 6'x8' / 7'x6' / 7'x8', are shipped in only a few days. Depending on where your warehouse is located, you can expect to receive the hydraulic leveler in around a week. Due to our location, shipping times are fastest in Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal areas.

For custom models in the case of older loading docks or specialized loading docks, lead times are only 4-5 weeks. We make sure that your business is up and running as fast as possible.
