Its ergonomic features, which include a suspended floorboard and the lowest entry step in the industry, reduce operator fatigue and maximize efficiency. Thanks to its small wheelbase and two independently operated AC motors, this truck has remarkable mobility and can turn within its own footprint, making it ideal for tight spaces.

With three factory-set settings to enhance performance based on application, environment, or operator experience, the SCX N2 is highly customizable. Compared to hydraulic steering, AC electric power steering provides accurate control with less effort, noise, and maintenance. The intelligent control system continuously measures the steering angle and speed, automatically modifying travel speeds on ramps or during sharp corners to improve safety.

The two pedals on the SCX N2's floorboard—the presence pedal for all operations and the traction pedal for drive functions—are intended to enhance operator comfort and safety. The truck will not move if neither of the pedals is depressed, protecting the surroundings and the driver. Furthermore, when the truck is started or stopped, the drive tire automatically goes back to its front position, lowering the hazards to human health, safety, and the environment—particularly when someone is close to the vehicle.
