What's included in the box?
The light with its folding 40-inch arm, a stainless steel cage, four sleeve anchors for mounting, a 120V power cord, and an instruction manual. The mounting hardware is in the box, so there's no hardware-store run to hang it.
What surfaces can I mount it to?
The included sleeve anchors are made for solid masonry: concrete, brick, or block. They're not meant for drywall or hollow walls, and the light is too heavy to hang safely on those anyway. Mounting to steel or another material? Use fasteners rated for that surface.
Do I need an electrician to install it?
No. It comes with a standard 120V power cord and plug, so it runs off a regular outlet. Mount it, aim it, and plug it in. No wiring or electrician required.
How bright is it, and is there a dimmer?
It puts out 7,000 lumens, a wide, powerful flood built to light a whole bay or garage. There's no dimmer, it's a full-output work light. That makes it excellent for area lighting.
Will it hold up in the cold and wet?
Yes. It's rated from -40°C to 60°C and carries an IP65 rating against dust and water, so it handles Canadian winters and wet, dusty environments without trouble.
The arm feels stiff. How do I adjust it?
That's normal out of the box. Loosen the pivot bolts, set the arm and head where you want them, then tighten them back down. It's built to hold its position firmly once set.
What's the warranty and return policy?
It's backed by our 5-year manufacturer's warranty. If something arrives defective, email us with your proof of purchase and we'll make it right. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
