Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

We offer standard 3-12 business day shipping service as well as the option to upgrade to 1-2 business day expedited shipping. Standard shipping is free if your order is above the indicated amount in your cart. For orders that are especially far from our warehouse in Montreal, the shipping time will likely be longer. We also offer free local pickups, a popular option for many of our customers. Our main warehouse is in Montreal, Quebec. If you wish to pickup your order free of charge or if you need it urgently, we encourage you to choose the Local Pickup option at checkout or contact us by phone or email with your order number to arrange it. Our address is 8584 Pie-IX Blvd, Montreal, Quebec H1Z 4G2. You can come pick up your order between 9am-5pm on weekdays, unless otherwise agreed.
